Batman Legos

Batman Legos

Most of us remember our childhood toys.  Some of us played with Barbie dolls, some of us played with G.I Joes, and many of us played with legos.  Today there is an even broader range of legos, for instance the Batman legos.  Batman Legos came out just about two years ago, in September of 2008.  Depending on which version of the Batman Legos you purchase, you could be spending quite a bit of money.  Some of the Batman Legos cost around $15 dollars which is the typical price you would pay for a normal set of legos.  However, some of the Batman legos are being sold for $500 dollars and even higher by some sellers.  The reason some of the Batman legos are so expensive is because they are a collector’s item if the Batman legos remain unopened and in mint condition years from now those same Batman legos could be worth a fortune.

Batman has always been a popular superhero for the younger generations and the craze has even swiped over the older generations as well.  The memorabilia surrounding the Batman franchise is insane.  They have apparel, board games, of course the legos as I have previously discussed, and they even have a lego Batman video game.   The lego Batman video game is available to play on your computer, XBOX, Nintendo, Wii, and even play station.  You can purchase the lego Batman video game for anywhere from $15 dollars to about $30 dollars in just about every store that sells video games.   Also, just like any other game you can purchase cheat sheets off the internet for the lego Batman video game and some websites allow you to view the cheat sheets free of charge as well.

As I have previously said the prices of the Batman lego game as well as the actual legos themselves can get a bit pricey.  Instead of purchasing the Batman lego game or legos in the store at full face value I would recommend shopping online first.  If you search the internet, you can find web sites that sell anything you want for a bid.  Basically it is an online auction and you along with other customers partake in a bidding war.  Whoever has the highest bid after the remaining time wins the product; in this case it could mean the Batman lego game.  You have to be careful though while you are bidding on your Batman lego game or games, because people have the ability to bid up until the last possible second and to be quite honest, the majority of the bidding takes place within the last few minutes and seconds on the timer.  All you have to do is set up an account with them and then place your bids.  It is a very easy process, however it can be quite stressful, especially if you find an amazing deal on a Batman lego game and you only have a certain amount of money that you are willing to spend.  I will say though, that is definitely worth it.  I know personal friends, family, and co workers that have purchased items on those auction websites for literally ¼ of the actual cost and it really does save you a lot of money.  You just have to be very alert and careful about throwing around pin numbers and credit card numbers.  Also, I would recommend, before you make a purchase over the internet, to make sure the seller has photos of the item you are hoping to purchase, because you really never know how crooked people can be.  If you send them your money without seeing some sort of visual aid you may be in for a huge disappointment.  The seller could have an awesome description and sound very professional discussing his video game.  However he or she could have dropped the video game moments earlier into a lake and it is completely worthless and does not work at all.

The internet also has web sites that offer experiences similar to garage sales.  The sellers just go online and sell products they feel have no purpose anymore for them at a really low price.  Haven’t you ever heard the phrase “one man’s junk is another man’s treasure?”  Well you would honestly be surprised at what some people throw out or sell for dirt cheap.  Some of those things to others are priceless treasures.  I definitely recommend searching the internet though, because if you can save a few extra dollars or in some cases a few extra hundred dollars, it is well worth it.  However, I do know that some people feel funny about making online purchases and that is totally fine.  If that is how you happen to feel, you may want to check around at local video stores or pawn shops for better deals.
